We are located in Massachusetts and only fulfill orders Monday-Friday. We do not process or ship items on weekends or holidays. Items usually ship out the next business day after receipt of your order. If shipping items containing chocolate or cookies between May 1-October 15 (or to a warm climate any time of year), please choose expedited shipping and view our Warm Weather Shipping Section for details on shipping days, as they are limited.
Please be sure to upgrade your shipping method if you have any delivery time constraints.

Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
Ground shipping usually takes 1-6 business days, depending on where your gift is being shipped to. For estimated time-in-transit for Ground shipping from our Topsfield, MA location to your recipient's address, please click here .
We also offer 2-Business Day and Next Business Day shipping for your convenience. To ensure that we offer you the most economical and accurate shipping charges for your order, we calculate shipping costs on a per-item basis.
When placing your order, please be sure to enter a valid street address, as we can not ship gifts to P.O., A.P.O., A.F.B., or F.P.O. box addresses.
Local delivery is available for an additional $5.00 charge for orders being sent to Topsfield or Ipswich, MA. As we cannot make multiple delivery attempts, please be sure to leave detailed instructions on where to leave the gift, if the recepient is not present at the time of delivery.
Delivery Guarantee
Please be sure to check all addresses for accuracy. If the address is not current, your order can not be forwarded.
Sales Tax
5% sales tax will be added to non-food orders that ship to Massachusetts addresses. |
